WHAT’S BETTER: pilates or strength training? 👇🏼

This might be a hot take, but it’s an honest one: no workout is inherently “better” than another.

Now don’t get me wrong -- you know I am a huge lover of and advocate for strength training. It’s so good for us, and I think more women should be doing it (especially as we age!)!

AND. I’m not going to shame anyone who prefers pilates (ESPECIALLY if they’re finding ways to add load-bearing exercises to their routines!). You do what works for YOU!

Here’s the truth: the BEST workout is one you’ll actually do ❤️Consistency is the most important thing!

I really live this combo of Pilates and light to medium weights! I still have to stay away from squats, weighted lunges and things like roll ups and bending over to touch my toes! I just do the modified versions with Robin…sometimes Batman is doing too much for me…😂😂😂😂. Love these workouts and I would love to see one every week…really got my sweat on! I just can’t move as fast as you do in your warmup!
