Golden Corral. My God they are the worst here. When I first met my wife I was taking her out for her birthday and her entire family wanted to go and they wanted to take her to Golden Corral since there was like twenty people. My dad couldn't believe it. He was like "I'll pay for anything else.... Anything!!!" He said "I can't believe your dating someone that's going there for their birthday!" I just laughed and said that's where her family wants to go. Ha ha. My dad complained the entire time we were there. Sixteen years later we are still married and still laugh about the Golden Corral when we pass by one. Have probably only eaten there once since that first time. Ha ha

Once I swapped out my in-laws disposal without changing the flange and it leaked.

I like to push down and wiggle it to set the putty, then clean the excess from the bottom. Then when you tighten the flange it wont ooze out from underneath as much. Looks much better. IMO

I like installing the Badger 15ss. If the mounting strainer is in good shape I'll reuse it, but typically I just replace them because it looks better.

Here's a tip. If you still use a garbage disposal, stop. Pull it, trash it, and just install normal plumbing.

Just ate some golden corral this morning for breakfast. First time we have gone for breakfast and they did not disappoint. They even had fried chicken out already. Had me some gravy and biscuits, fried chicken and French toast.
Recommend the one in Tyler, Texas.

Once I went to check on my friends dishwasher it would not empty the water, no matter what he did. I took it apart, checked the house, the pump, everything was ok. I told him are you sure it was working before? He said yes. I kept checking and checking the disposal for the water to come out. I reached in and did NOT feel the disposal hole from the dishwasher. I asked him when did you put the new disposal?
He said no, it's not new. I said this thing is new, the hole is NOT punched out! He could not believe it or understand it. Later I found out from his wife's friend that SHE had put something in the disposal by accident and ruined it! She secretly called a plumber and had the disposal REPLACED without telling her husband!
But the plumber FORGOT to punch the hose hole! 😱
