Craig Counsell got way too much credit for what he did with the Brewers. The team was mostly built by Stearns, and Counsell actually cost them some big playoff games and even a trip to the world series with his questionable decision making.

Cubs could have gotten the same results with Ross managing, Counsel has had zero impact on the team and it's the same weaknesses year after year for the Cubs, low run production and horrible relief pitching, what an embarrassment!
