I don't understand Neris, or any other pitcher, who has 2 outs in the bottom of the 9th and is worried about the runner on 1st. Get the guy out at the plate and the game is over. Nice blown save and taking away a win from Brown who was awesome.

You know, I think both the complete no hit by Brown and what they ended up doing in the 10th would’ve had the same effect for the Cubs’ energy: a revitalization from a spectular performance on all levels.

I feel awful for Megill though, dude was obviously in a ton of pain.

What a team. The most dominating bunch of starters the Cubs have had in decades. A bullpen that simply stinks. And a bunch of guys that couldnt hit the ball if they used a surfboard. And somehow theyre a game over .500.

Kudos to Busch's and Morel's gloves though.

MLB has a complete bias in favor of NY Yankees. This game ended over 1 hr before NY game yet highlights comes out nearly 2 hours later. Cubs highlights always seems to be last. Unforgivable!

If it wasn't for Bellinger's HR robbery, the Cubs would've lost yet again, in a heartbreaking way of being walked off 1-2 since the 9th inning RBI by Adames would have been a match winner.
