MCU's Weapon Plus Program

The Weapon Plus or Weapon X program is a crucial one to aspects of the X-Men's story. However, it could have greater use and many tie ins to the MCU right now. I break down how this could be down and how it will be beneficial once mutants are officially introduced.

Damn, this really seems like a exciting direction to go for the mcu, building up the new super soldiers in the Falcon and the Winter soldier, and reintroducing the weapon plus program as a bigger deal in current times
