Marvel comics has launched an uncanny creature Hulkverine , in “Weapons of Mutant Destruction” comics #1 recently on 21st June . A suspicious man has regenerated the Weapon X program to create Hulkverine by selectively fusing Wolverine’s and Hulk’s DNA together. Hulkverine is a monster executioner acquiring the healing factor, claws of Wolverine and the size, strength and color of Hulk. Hulkverine would be one of the most invincible and a barbaric monster that Marvel has ever made. Weapon X progam is a familiar name to all the Marvel fans and we all know that Wolverine, DeadPool and X23 has been modified using this program but many fans still have a little idea about its origin.
Weapon X actually is the 10th repetition of the original progam known as Weapon plus began during the period of World War II, successfully modifying Steve Rogers our now familiar Captain America to fight on America’s side in the war. The Weapon plus Program was invented by the Nazi’s which was later taken up by America. Weapon X program was regenerated by Professor Andre Thornton and his staffs who hunted primary mutants and used the research of Nazi doctor Nathan Essex to enhance and strengthen their powers making them superior, vicious and unbeatable. However this program was brought into sudden halt when one day Logan became desperately frenzied and killed the staffs and Dr. Dale Rice to free the mutants from their hostile life.
Many people are making speculation that the MCU is going to face a terrible danger, so the scientists are making this monster on the precautionary ground to save the world if such sinister circumstances ever occur. Other speculations are that Weapon X program has been revived by the fanatic preacher who has dedicated himself on a sacred mission of driving all the mutants out of this world as he utterly hates them. Preacher actually reminds us of the military man Stryker who had the same kind attitude towards the mutants in the Xmen movies. Preacher is that mysterious person behind the creation of Hulkverine to kill the mutants on earth.
Weapons of Mutant Destruction has been set to publish on 9th November this year so fans don’t forget to lay your hands on this comics which could be pioneer in building a new world in the history of MCU.
