Weapon X may be most known for Wolverine, but other Marvel superheroes and villains have been linked to Weapon Plus in the past. Various figures have been retconned and disclosed to be linked to one of the superhero universe's most sinister organizations: the Weapon Plus program, an institution that has experimented on figures from all over the universe to turn them into living weapons, over the course of the Marvel Universe's history. The artificially made mutants of The World have been among their products, and their most notable success stories include Deadpool and Wolverine — nicknamed Weapon X. However, several other prominent Marvel characters have been found to be the result of the programme, and they are far more terrifying than Wolverine.
The clandestine Weapon X Program began in 1845, when Thorton, a civilian advisor of the American military, visited a liberated concentration camp and discovered the enigmatic geneticist Mister Sinister's hidden laboratory. Thorton, also known as the Professor, developed the Weapon Plus Program at the request of the United States government, based on Sinister's research. Weapon Plus specialised in the development of super-soldiers. The Program went through several stages of development over the next decade and a half. Animals were utilised as test subjects in Weapons II and III, while racial minorities were used in Weapons IV, V, and VI. Superhuman mutants were the chosen test subjects starting with Weapon VII, and this tendency persisted through Weapon VIII and Weapon IX. Throughout these versions of Weapon Plus, the Professor continued to work as a scientist.
The programme had progressed to Weapon X by the 1960s, and it was handled by the Central Intelligence Agency. Due of their complete disregard for life, whether human or animal, the programme is acknowledged to be one of the most evil in the Marvel Universe's history. However, this programme did succeed in creating terrifying superhumans and today we bring to you the Top 10 most terrifying weapon X projects that make Wolverine look tame.

Comic history is broad and deep so it really isn't all that surprising that you missed quite a few characters. You completely avoided the Canadian connection to Weapon X known as Department H founded and operated by James Macdonald Hudson, the soon to be leader of Alpha Flight. He was a briilliant scientist who developed a power armor that enabled him to become Weapon Alpha later redubbed Vindicator and finally Guardian. He and his wife first located Logan after he had escaped the Weapon X project. Studying Logan gave Hudson the knowledge and ability to create several very dangerous beings that he lost control of, one of which was known as Bedlam: the Brain Blast.

"So, what we did after losing the first indestructible berserker super soldier was make 10 more even worse monstrosities right out of your nightmares."
"What happened to them?"
"We lost them too. But don't worry. We're gonna make 10 more..."
"Brilliant!"

10:20 - If you are going to read out the entirety of the Marvel Fandom Wiki, while changing SOME words like 'wealthy' to 'affluet' (GG on the use of that thesarus btw) at least read it properly!! He doesn't attack people who say the word aggressively, like you said. The line is - 'Logan implanted the phrase "No V.C.!" as a trigger word, along with the compulsion to kill gruesomely, in retaliation for the tortures suffered, anyone who uttered the words.' Such a huge mistake to make, people actually get information from these videos and you are messing up their knowledge.
And How do you not know that 'The Winter Soldier' is BUCKY, NOT Steve Rogers??!

My favourite experiments to come out of the weapon X program are Wolverine, Deadpool and Weapon H.

Captain America is NOT "The winter soldier", that nickname goes to Bucky Barnes. How do you not know this? It was even that way in the comic, long before the Marvel movie. Bucky Barnes a.k.a The Winter Soldier, was first introduced as a sidekick to captain america way back in 1941.

Well as there's only one Weapon X. There's no such thing as Weapon X program. It's Weapon Plus program Wolverine is Weapon X or Weapon 10.
Funny how one of them on your list was killed by Wolverine yet he is supposed to be worse the Wolverine? How does that work?

They could easily make a weapon X movie in the style of the suicide squad. Send some disposable weapons on a impossible mission

So sad to see so many back stories of Cool Characters reduced down to being Weapon Plus failures.

I am so glad I don't support Marvel and its failure of an Owner Disney.
