Firas gets it first hand by training with greats like GSP, Rory and Arnold as well as honing himself. Absolutely love what he says about keeping your mind and spirit satisfied and fulfilled while exercising. I ran into that roadblock trying to exercise at the same gym at the same treadmill over and over with no variation, no end deadline or aspiration.

I always did this with the heavy bag, but i remember Firaz saying this on JRE, that bag work is the best cardio, after hearing that i placed twice as much emphasis on the heavy bag

Another benefit of the airdyne is that helps your conditioning for kickboxing/Muay Thai so that you can go harder for a longer time on the bag so there's a compounding effect where every workout you do your cardio is getting better and better

I never thought about how it applied to kick boxing. I always thought there was a limit to bag work in pure boxing. That's where the round work comes in to save the hands.

Get carbs from fruit baby. Ive tested both no carbs (keto) and carbs.... please stick to eating carbs, eat a wholesome smoothie and use kefir.

For cardio I have not found anything better than punching heavy bag or kicking.
That said I was Infantry soldier and did tons of running but it's not necessary for better endurance and cardio proven when I broke my foot and used stationary bike, row machine and elliptical and got same run time 2 miles as prior to breaking my foot.
Lifting medium weight to heavy 10 reps or so with 30 seconds between sets and do whole body with 4 sets per body part.

Problem whit the sprinting is it's wery taxing on Joints, muscles, nerves system and fatuige. Air bike is way easier to recover from and it won't destroy your joints
