How to delegate tasks like a Pro| Where to start from if you are not good @ delegating work properly

Delegate or not to delegate? That is the question.
In this video I talked about how one can delegate and make more with the time one has. Delegating is hard for many people as we are used to doing tasks by ourselves due to wanting exact results.
In the video I help you look at delegation from another perspective. A perspective that will make you give away tasks and manage work and projects in a easier and a more efficient way. Im order to achieve bigger results in less time I myself am learning to delegate more of my activities and tasks so that I can be super productive and get a tremendous amount of work achieved in a day, leaving me satisfied and leading me into a more efficient lifestyle.

As mom and wife, I have to do much, there are deadlines to be met, meals to be prepared, a home to be managed, little humans to be nurtured and raised and so much other stuff to deal with, and longer and longer to-do lists.

It frees up time for planning and organizing.
Most managers would like to have more time to get a handle on planning and organization. This is an important part of managing any team, and it’s difficult to work it in between all your other tasks when you’re carrying too heavy a workload.

I agree with you however sometimes it's hard to find whom to delegate to and be contented. Too maybe the person may just destroy what you even created
