Damn Pat I love your shirt! I graduated high school with a 1.8 GPA and use to be embarrassed about that but now I find it funny that at one point thats how every one defined me as a 1.8 GPA dropout type of student, even my mom told me the best job I would get would be a landscaper. funny enough thats what it took for me to wake the F up and prove my real worth. In early stage of startup it's so difficult to delegate. If somebody disappoints the loss is usually hard to swallow and you go back to yourself saying "next time I'm gonna take care of that myself". So it's important to catch the moment you should start delegating. BTW. would be great if you provide more content targeted to small startups in their early stage... ;)
