I feel like your houseplants don't get enough attention. More videos like this on houseplant care will be very much appreciated. Also, you're great at what you do. My love for plants has increased a lot since I came across your amazing channel. I hope you inspire many others like myself. The world certainly could use more plant lovers.

Thank you for making a clear concise video that’s straight to the point and very informative. I don’t have time for 20 min videos where people ramble on about nothing. Get in and get out! Thank you!

I love your care guides! I work at a nursery and I recommend your channel to beginners all the time. Especially your fiddle leaf fig guides! Peace and love from Portland, OR!

I bought my first Sanseveria in 1973/4 when I was in high school. I still have that very same plant. It flowers about every 3-4 years. It’s just about finished flowering.

More house plant videos!! I love watching your outdoor garden videos thrive but I’m limited to indoor space only. Maybe once the winter rolls around and it’s too cold to film outside you could transition into a mix of outdoor and indoor?

I hang onto a bunch of soft window screening that I have leftover and cut a small piece and place at that bottom of covering the drainage hole. The water is still able to drain out without effort but I don't lose any soil. I use the same method for my outdoor containers which would risk losing more soil when it rains & it also seems to deter pests that might try to get into that opening at the bottom. I use to use small pebbles but found the screening works so much better and it doesn't shift. Love you videos, keep them coming! <3

Trick I use to cover the hole in the bottom of a pot is used window screen. Save some if you replace your window screens or pick up some old window screen on trash day. Works perfect!

New plants in tiny nursery pots might dry up & die even if we water them in Spring or Autumn because that's the time for plants to grow their roots! Time to repot them in Bigger pots & with Proper soil! Thank You So Much for the Useful Repotting Tips! 🌷🌿🌍

Loved this. I like all your videos, but your landscaping is much more than what I will every do in my modest yard. Houseplants though, I am adding to my houseplant collection monthly. Basics videos like this are extremely helpful. Thank you!

I agree with other subscribers, would love to see more videos on houseplants please! I do enjoy gardening, but live in a small space, so my only option is indoor plants.🌿

Thank you so much Laura, I have been trying to be super careful when I repot any of my house plants, to use the correct potting mix, and to make sure I don't use to large of a pot. I love all of your tips and suggestions, thank you so much for this video it was very helpful.

Great video.  So, now Aaron is showing off by fading in plant mix, and other materials.  Nice.

I used to use coffee filters in the bottom of my plant containers to keep the soil in and allow the water out, but lately I've been using used dryer sheets. I put them in a Mason jar on my potting bench and they're always handy when repotting indoor or outdoor plants. :D

Great video. I hold off watering right away especially if I have to disturb the root ball. Let the roots heal then water to prevent root rot.
