VEGANUARY WEEK 1

This is our delicious Roast Veggie Korma which is packed full of healthy goodness and a great source of protein. This is a fantastically tasty dinner and then there's leftovers for lunch the next day!

Over the month of January we are going to be releasing loads of tasty, healthy recipes. We are going to be putting together a meal plan for you so you know exactly what you're doing this Veganuary.

It comes in the form of a PDF (linked above) which will have all the recipes, prep list and a shopping list so it's super easy for you guys. Plus, of course, recipe videos so you can follow along...

I've not had a curry since it made me really ill once a while back but I'm following your veganuary meal plan and I actually loved this korma so much!

Nothing like a killer curry to brighten a cold winter day! Making this later today after I'm finished making Mu Shu (soy) curls. Cashews are ridiculously expensive in Canada as they aren't grown here. I've picked the fruit right off a tree in Costa Rica and know why they are so expensive. Some people are allergic to nuts. I use sunflower seeds occasionally to make the heavy cream, especially for my caesar dressings. Quick and cheap. Happy Veganuary! Plant-based is everywhere in the news these days. Yay! 💚🌈🌍
