No prophet ever claimed God was 1 in 3 persons nor did any prophet worship a triune God!

In the name of God, the Gracious, the Merciful.
1. Say, “He is God, the One.
2. God, the Absolute.
3. He begets not, nor was He begotten.
4. And there is nothing comparable to Him.”

If Jesus was God, why was all authority given to him rather that Him already possessing it? "Then Jesus came to them and said, "All authority in heaven and on earth has been given to me." Mat 28:18

Jesus said, “Do not hold on to me, for I have not yet ascended to the
Father. Go instead to my brothers and tell them, ‘I am ascending to my
Father and your Father, to my God and your God.’” John 20:17 I worship his God.

The trinity doctrine is a form of Idolatry...just like greed and stubbornness.

The first century Christians(Jews) were very strict monotheists.
Unfortunately, with their passing, and the taking over of the faith by the gentile converts, paganism eventually returned.
Since Bible is a very strict monotheistic document, there was no room to have 3 gods. Therefore, in order to resolve the issue of 3 gods, it was decided to have a physical merger of the 3, in order to comply with the Holy Bible.

The trinity is idolatry. How to get born again/saved: Romans 10:9-10
9 If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord, ” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. 10 For it is with your heart that you believe and are justified, and it is with your mouth that you profess your faith and are saved. It does not say God raised God or Jesus raised Jesus, it says God raised Jesus from the dead. God was alive, Jesus was dead and his Jesus father, God, raised his son from the dead. From death unto life and two separate individuals, not 3in1 Roman Catholic construct.

Gentleness goes along way!! Lately I been preaching to others (who believe the trinity) against the trinity in love and respect and it’s been key. So far all have agreed. Glory to God!!

It is so great to see so many co-Christians here sharing same creeds as Jesus thought

Understanding the Biblical view of the Godhead is simple.

God is one/one God -

Deuteronomy 6:4, Mark 12:29, Mark 12:32, Malachi 2:10, Romans 3:30, 1 Corinthians 8:4, 8:6, Galatians 3:20, Ephesians 4:6, 1 Timothy 2:5, James 2:19.

There is no God beside Him -

Deuteronomy 4:35, 2 Samuel 7:22, 1 Chronicles 17:20, Isaiah 43:10-11, 44:6, 44:8, 45:5-6, 45:21-22, Hosea 13:4.

The God is a Spirit -

Genesis 1:2, Matthew 10:20, 12:28, John 4:24, Romans 8:9, 8:14, 1 Corinthians 2:10, 3:16, 12:13, 2 Corinthians 3:17, *Ephesians 4:4*

God is an invisible Spirit -

John 1:18, Colossians 1:15, 1 John 4:12, 4:20, 1 Timothy 1:17, 6:16.

God is an omnipresent Spirit (present everywhere) -

Isaiah 66:1, Psalm 139:7-10, Jeremiah 23:24.

The Father is an everlasting Spirit and cannot die -

Psalm 90:1-4, 1 Timothy 1:17, 6:16.

So when we think of the Father we should immediately think Spirit. And if there is only one Spirit just as Ephesians 4:4 states, then the Spirit of the Father and the Holy Spirit have to be the same Spirit consisting of more than one title. Since there is only one Spirit of God.

Jesus was born of a woman and was, therefore, flesh -

Luke 1:35, Matthew 1:18, 1:20, *John 3:6*.

The term "Son of God" or "Son of Man" refers to humanity or flesh.

The Father (Spirit) is eternal, and therefore cannot die, and the Son (flesh) was able to and did die.

This where everything comes together in a beautiful way..

God (Spirit) was in Christ (flesh) -

*2 Corinthians 5:19*, To wit, that God (Deity) was in Christ (humanity) reconciling the world unto HIMSELF. Not unto themselves.

*Ephesians 4:4* states that there is one body and one Spirit.

Just as you have one body and one spirit, God did the same thing. He made Himself a body.

I wanna show you John 3:16 in this new light -

"For God (deity) so loved the world that he gave his only begotten Son (humanity) that whosoever believeth in HIM should not perish but have everlasting life." - John 3:16

Whosoever believes in HIM not THEM.

Now look at 1st John 3:16 -

"Hereby perceive we the love of God, because he laid down his life for us: and we ought to lay down our lives for the brethren."

Isaiah 9:6, 12:2, 25:9, 43:11, 54:5, John 8:24-27, 10:30, 12:45, 14:6-9.

Matthew 28:18-19, 1 John 5:7, Acts 2:38, 4:12, 8:12, 8:16, 10:48, 19:5, 22:16

That's the Biblical Godhead. I took extra time to explain it but it is as simple as 5 Scriptures.

1. Deuteronomy 6:4 - One God.
2. John 4:24 - God is a Spirit.
3. Ephesians 4:4 - One body and one Spirit.
4. 2 Corinthians 5:19 - God in Christ.
5. 1 Timothy 3:16 - God was manifest in flesh.

All christians should just reject the Trinity
It was not there in the original teachings, so let's go with it

One of my major problems with the trinity is freewill and love. Jesus says the Father loves Him and He loves the Father, the requirements for love take separate beings with separate wills to make a choice of will to work for the best of the other.

The other is ontology of greatness as we can give all coherent maximally great attributes to God. One attribute of greatness is to have a perfect heir, trained up children and offspring is a virtue and attribute of greatness we can recognize. It is better to have that attribute than to not have it.

1 major problem with it, it is error masquerading as truth.

The Trinity is superfluous. It is a complex and unexplainable belief that does not actually impact anything in a substantive way. All God does all Christ does still exists without the Trinity.

I returned from the mission field some 30 years ago and suffered sever disillusionment with the church. I had trouble separating everything I knew from my own study from all the 'church' teachings I had been spoon fed over the years. I wiped my religious slate clean and started over, holding onto only the truths I found in scripture. It did not take me long to realize the teaching of the trinity was bogus to the core. This was only solidified more as I looked into the teachings of the early church fathers. Thank you so much for your videos on this subject. I no longer feel like a voice in the wilderness. Shalom

How are to interpret the gospel of John 1? It states the Word is Jesus, and that the Word was with God and was God, and all things were made through the Word. I am just confused by how we can interpret that chapter without seeing it say that Jesus is God. Thanks

JESUS (PBUH) NEVER CLAIMED DIVINITY
There is not a single unequivocal statement in the entire Bible where Jesus (pbuh) himself says "I am God" or "worship me"

In Hinduism, all gods are emanations of the same substance called Brahman, and it is believed that, even though they have multiple personalities, they are essentially one. Yet Christians don't call Hinduism a monotheistic religion! No, it is clearly polytheistic, because there're multiple god-persons. That's all it takes for us to call it polytheistic. So I don't get why the unbliblical idea of substance suddenly becomes so appealing when it comes to defending the Trinity.

Nobody finds it weird that with how crucial the "trinity" is, Jesus never preached it... not even once. - WW
