Take a ride on The Fractionator water slide at Meryal Water Park (Qetaifan Island North) in Lusail near Doha, Qatar. The body slide is part of the ICON TOWER which is the tallest water slide complex in the world. The Fractionator descends from the very top platform of the tower and is only accessible through an elevator - guests are not allowed to use the stairs. Along with the Vertigo slide right next to it, The Fractionator is the record holder for the world's tallest water slide - both slides are a whopping 251ft tall. The slide is fitted with loudspeakers playing music throughout the ride. Guests can choose a theme before riding which will result in a certain song being played. Due to the insane height of the slide, the ride is extremely long and pretty fast!
The Fractionator is also the longest body water slide in the world. The exact length has never been published by White Water or Meryal Water Park, however, the slide should be at least 500 m or 1,700ft in length. If anyone knows the exact length, let us know!
