Can You Take A Driving Test In Corona Lockdown?

So many of you have had driving tests cancelled!
Who can still take driving tests and how do you get them?
If you take a driving test in lockdown are they easier to pass or harder to pass?

Health and social care
Education and childcare
Key public services
Local and national government
Food and other necessary goods
Public safety and national security
Transport
Utilities, communication and financial services

I am not an instructor, but I was teaching my friend on the open space in the back of the warehouse. So I guess anything is possible during lockdown.
