I did my driving lessons as a 16 year old in California many years ago. Quite a few things stuck with me. But funny, I remember my instructor taught us to not rely on the mirrors. Or that’s what I remember, anyway. One day I realised that I don’t use the side mirrors nearly enough! Ive been more aware of that since that realization 😅

Watching your videos comforts me when i am trying to learn driving but when i come behind the steering wheel it fears me to dead to increase speed above 20 miles per hour, i wish if you are there beside me to teach in the car.
