Tara and I really enjoyed this No Knead Gluten Free Bread using Caputo Gluten Free Flour. The recipe was easy to follow, didn’t require a mixer, had AMAZING taste and texture. In addition to being gluten free, it is also dairy free and using sugar instead of honey in the recipe makes it vegan. If you are able to use Caputo Gluten Free Flour, this recipe is one to try.
