Got my 24 FE last week, its been nothing but amazing, got it for 400 dollars off the normal S24 in my country. And its been nothing but amazing. Upgraded from a S20+ and i can tell you now its fantastic. Build quality is superb, display is bright and crisp, everything looks sharper and better. Camera is surprisingly really good and videos too, i've immediately seen the quality upgrade from my S20. Battery life too is amazing, i can get through a day with 40-50% usage from a charge and that's with light heavy usage. So i'd definitely say if you can get yours on a discount or cheaper than normal S24 its 100% worth it. Ask me any questions if you guys have any.

I will still go for Samsung S24 plus. It has better chipset. It is ultra sonic for unlocking the phone. It's bezels are near perfect. It just an all round phone. Performance is very important for me.

I guess the extra ram may be godd for futureproofing, but my S20 FE still works well enough for my needs with just 6 GB of ram.

In India, the regular S model is almost similarly priced as the new FE models, making the FE models a bad choice.

Man seems like a lot of people in this comment section really trying to defend their s24+ purchases. I plan to get an s24+ but if a find a good deal on the s24+ the FE is a close backup plan.

I got the FE and its a great phome. Im not missing out on much and i like how the back has a slight cover on the edges so the phome feels better then the other Samsung

You definitely don't get 99% of the features of the S24 Plus with the FE. Maybe 75 to 80%. With the Plus model, you get a better chip set, QHD display and LTPO, ultra sonic finger print sensor, much thinner bezels, 12GB RAM vs 8GB and 45w charging vs 25w.

I agree! I dont think there is much of a better deal out there right now.

Even a phone from last year cannot beat it. You get 7 years of updates + ai features and a rock solid phone capable of mostly everything.

Based on MANY comparison videos, the S24FE is NOT suffering the heating issues the Exynos 2400 is as it uses the Exynos 2400e ONLY changing ONE core speed with a larger heat chamber at a very marginal performance hit. Offers over 95% of ALL the features of the S24+ even though the S24FE has a lesser resolution display which is really not that noticeable for most video/game consumption. BOTH offer that "punchy" vivid display Samsung phones have at a lesser 1900 nit brightness on the S24FE vs. the S24+. Me personally chose the S24FE which is FAR better than the S23FE with the Snapdragon 3 Gen 1 CPU which heated up quite regularly doing the most simple of tasks which ALSO consumed battery excessively!

In terms of display, PPI (pixels per inch) does matter somewhat, and the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus has a higher PPI than most other phones.

I got my plus recently for about $200 more than the FE. The fingerprint reader was the deal-breaker. So much better using ultrasonic- considering how often I use it, not only to unlock but within many apps, that's very important.
