For me it didnt help. But i found out something else, i loaded Rust, another game that uses Easy-Anticheat, then close it and again start Lost Ark. Now it works again :D

Couldn't open the eac setup. I have it for Insurgency Sandstorm and just can't open it at all even if I try to as Admin.
