I really dig your outlook and I've quit many of the same things. But about saying no to a concert in the middle of the week....years ago I said no to going out to see this band, 'Nirvana', that I'd never heard of before. D'oh! I really should have gone :)

Hei! Thank you so much for your video! It was really inspiring and empowering to watch! I really iked what you said about sugar. I changed my diet about a month ago including inly eating naturally occuring sugar like fruits ect and YES I really feel a lot better! But when I talk to people I feel like I am doing something wrong and maybe, it's actually not that unhealthy to eat sugar here and there... But I decided that my body is my responsibility and that noone has to understand why I say no to certain things :)
Another thing I quit is stopping to do what is important to me because of other peoples judgment. I like to take a short moment before eating to be grateful for the meal and everyone involved and Often I wouldn't do that when I was eating togetter with other people. But it was only me who that felt bad, so I just do that no matter who is arround and if they wonder what I was doing I can explain it to them :)
