Ohhhh this IQ had me messed up but I get it now!! We learn to attack the hips but when the defender turns their hips to keep up with you/cut you off then you BTB!!

Is it more effective than spin move? Seems like BTB and spin move are both good moves for changing directions that works even with contact. I happened to practice first spin move and trying to incorporate it in my game, but should I master BTB before spin move? Because i find spin move enough most of the time in these kind of situations. Need your opinions guys
