10 Minute TRX Workout For Beginners – Effective Bodyweight Suspension Training

This TRX workout for beginners tones your muscles, increases your functional strength and coordination. It contains basic TRX suspension exercises that are mostly for beginners. But as with most suspension workouts, you can make it harder for yourself by changing angles.

The workout consists of one set of 5 exercises, that are repeated twice. This results in a 2 x 5-minute workout.

Thank you for this. Would you make a similar video about TRX DUO for beginners and progressions (including full pull up), orderly sequenced (eg. from fully lengthened to fully shortened or the other way around). Thank you.
