Easy Bake Mac n Cheese

No gluten, no fuss.

This mouth-watering classic is the perfect gluten-free treat to share with good friends.

You will need: (Serves 5-6)

• 320g Heinz Gluten Free Pasta
• 400g ricotta cheese
• 250g grated mozzarella cheese
• 3 x 210grm Heinz Tomato Frito Pasta sauce
• 2 x 400g can of diced tomatoes
• 1 x courgette, diced

Method:

1. Preheat oven to 180C/350F/gas 4.
2. Cook the pasta according to the pack instructions.
3. Drain pasta, then mix it in a large bowl with ricotta, diced tomatoes & courgette, 200g mozzarella and 2 x packs of pasta sauce (saving the remaining mozzarella and pasta sauce for the top).
4. Thinly cover the bottom of a 20cm x 30cm (approx.) baking dish with sauce, and then place mixture in the pan.
5. Top with remaining mozzarella and sauce.
6. Bake uncovered in oven for 25 minutes, or until bubbling.
7. Remove from oven & serve with a salad.
