In this audit I walk around the building as well as the inside lobby where they stop service to valuable customers all because I’m recording unaware of their own rules and regulations not to mention my constitutional rights.

Brother you should check out Mv transportation they are a contractor for vta transportation they pick up people with special needs wheel chairs. What I would like you to know is if the client is over five minutes late they leave the person and charge them for the ride and then make them call in for a new pickup and charge them double because of the same day emergency pick up. They make the clients perpay into a account they have to keep a minimum amount or they close the account. It seems to me that 1000's of people pay into a account that makes which makes a percentage being a bank account how can someone profit from this service which is being subsidized by the government? And how safe are the drivers they can't keep 6 feet distance from the clients they have to hold their hands push dirty wheel chairs and a lot of people can't hold their bowels and they would make driver's keep driving with dirty vehicles sometimes going months without cleaning or vacuuming inside of the vehicles. I'm sure you have seen them around at Dr. Offices grocery stores picking people up and dropping them off . I feel they over charge people for rides and sometimes clients are left behind and have to get a bus or call a cab having to wait when most times people can't afford or have to take medications at home. Check them out they have a base at eastrige shopping center and on 1st street and Zanker road in San Jose ca 100s of car are parked that the people of Santa Clara county paid for and are just sitting most of the time
