I was very ill. My doctor did a blood test and said that he wanted to put me on statin drugs. I ask him "is my cholesterol high?" He answered "No, but you are getting to the age where we need to get you started on them." I left that doctor immediately and found Barbara O'neill online. and my life changed. I am much, much healthier than I have ever been. Thank God for Barbara!

My grandmother used to give her children deep ocean sea water, a shot glass for seven days, then on the eight days a shot of cold pressed castor oil. that's the way she detox their system. My mother was a strong, loving woman. I thank my grandmother for that... who passed away at the age of 95. Her last words when asked where she hurt: "NO WHERE, I AM JUST TIRED AND OLD." She never been to a doctor until the last week of her life, and she did not want to go. She gave birth to 15 children on her own... no help from anyone. She helped other women bring to bed. Barbara, I cannot thank you enough for your compassion and wisdom. I have been recovering from two back to back heart surgery's in the last month and watching your videos because my body has been telling me something is dreadfully wrong with this blood pressure/blood thinner and cholesterol medication.
I had 3 more trips back to the ER trying to find out what is going on!
Night before last I cut all doses in half and last night I stopped everything.
After a long walk this morning (with my lemon water and Himalayan salt) I had a bowl of steamed broccoli, a banana a handful of almonds and tried to take a nap. Pardon my language, but I felt like shit! I remembered I have coQ10 on my vitamin shelf took one 100mg capsule and feel completely normal now.
You are such a blessing and words alone cannot express my most sincere gratitude.

I prayed for my health and God directed me to Barbara's videos. Now I'm off all my meds and eating healthy food only. No processed foods. I liked what she said about the High Intensity Interval Training, anyone can manage just a few seconds at a time repeated several times and increasing the number of reps gradually until you are super fit.
I love the way she explains all the topics in simple language so everyone can learn.
