“Explore this world while you can, DREAMER. Until there is nothing left.”

It sound so... empty... no wonder the Abyss is so freaky... it’s like it’s an area that doesn’t even belong in Headspace

This area was honestly kinda creepy for me because it implies that the friends you are with now are like a reincarnation of previous versions of them because once I saw the skeletons with the pink bows I knew something was up.

literally the ONLY song in the OST that does not make me feel sad, happy or terrified, but still gives me an insane amount of goosebumps

does no one else notice that this sounds like Sinking but without distortion

The idea that Sunny's memories of his real friends and his Headspace's friends' deaths couldn't be fully erased or even repressed, and were physically and mentally imprisoned in the Abyss is terrifying. He couldn't bring himself to send them to blackspace, either because it would've hurt too much or they just weren't linked to any trauma and were only a danger to the illusion Headspace, but were still left to rot.

This is one of the greatest songs in the game. These darker areas which weren’t quite aggressively menacing, like the Branch Coral room, the Beach in Black Space and the Abyss really stood out to me as capturing that feeling of nostalgia yet grief. It’s powerful stuff and I’m impressed with how well this game crosses the line from quirky nintendo-ish charm to classic RPGmaker horror type dread.

What a shame that SUNNY’s friends were not protected from death. We saw their skeletons many times without knowing it. Really gives me goosebumps.

it’s awful when the skeletons beg for help

Hearing this reminds me of those “strangely familiar but unsettling places” videos

I just realized Sunny hurt his dream friends more then his real world friends all because of running away his problems.

The amazing music and story of omori is what makes it my 1# game. Music is my life and i can say this game has some of the best video game music I've heard in a long time. If you haven't played this, you're in for a treat, and please share it with others it's a masterpiece that was worth the 6 years

Everybody talking about how Sunny’s friends are doing in the real world but nobody talking about what Sunny’s dream friends are going through.

What is it with Earthbound inspired indie games and their long corridor of reveals by strangely well timed narration and chill sending messages

This song is like being in an empty aquarium at night, while there’s not even any sealife, it’s just you and the empty blue abyss.

Both Omori and Hollow Knight have a place called the Abyss and it's a sad place in both games lol
