DOUBLE STANDARDS - SPEED VAN - HOWDEN

How many of us have been caught speeding by this van in Howden? Well watch this! I was behind the van today witnessing it speeding through Howden. I decided to follow it towards Gilberdyke and if it hadn't been for a tractor and truck it would have been well away.
But check this out! I clocked it doing 76Km which is 46 mph in a 30mph speed zone for the safety and welfare of workmen. I wonder if the driver sleeps at night!
