the first change was into reverse but the reverse counter gear was out of position due to the top plate missing. the second change was 1st gear. just incase anyone was wondering.

I love driving a car with a manual transmission, but semi trucks I prefer the automated transmissions (not automatic) automated transmissions are still just like a manual with a clutch but a computerized mechanism does the shifting for you and it's hella sweet.
