DBT is the only thing that's ever worked for me. Unfortunately it's not available where I am. I wish it could be more available. I wish it could be available like 12 step programs.

I was really looking for 1 video that can answer my question which is the role of “Dialects “ in the term DBT. You answered it perfectly. Lots of love and wishes for your future videos.
Ps: I have a question about the slides you presented in the video. Is there any way I can access it and present it to patients.? Many Regards, Ambika

Thank you. This is being helpful to me right now. I started DBT 3 weeks ago and I'm having trouble wrapping my head around Mindfulness and the related skills from the DBT Skills Training Handouts and Worksheets. This book, so far, doesn't provide enough "theory" for the practice to make sense to me. Would it be a good idea to purchase the DBT Skills Training Manual?
