About This Video:
As parents, it can be hard to know when to draw the line and if you are being too strict or too loose when it comes to parenting your teen. This session explores the issues of control and compromise through expert-led discussions. The session begins with an experiential learning component from our art therapist. No prior art skills are necessary, but have pen and paper to follow along.

Learn about the difference between normal teenage struggles and issues of clinical concern that may require professional help; a new perspective on the role of control in the parent/teen relationship; creative ways to explore those roles at home; and practical strategies for approaching topics like house rules effectively and with confidence.
