In this case the real bullet found on the door is not the same that went to be tested. The Senzo murder case was simple but was made complicated by police. If it is alleged that the bullet that shot Senzo came out from the back and stuck in the door panel then that bullet could have gone always for DNA test to ensure it is the right bullet they are keeping as exhibit. But since Gininda became in charge things never happened as normal. To bring confusion he went and take some bullets he shot at shooting range as exhibits. That's why the ballistic experts are claiming the bullets are matching with the gun.
So this colonel is trying to cover up for Mangena. The fall of him is fall for Mangena then Gininda.
