You need to stop the 'used to test kids IQ' bollocks. Most of us were kids and none of this ever happened.

Always with the vague premises... "They used to test IQ" Really? When and where? Not at US public schools. Mass IQ tests were phased out after 1975. "85% drop out" - Always a nice high, round number. Where was THAT experiment run? Do you have a source for that or, is it as expect a number that pulled from the vicinity of one lower colon?

In any case, this is not an "IQ" test. It is a fairly mediocre spatial reasoning puzzle. These puzzles tend to measure specific problem-solving skills, such as spatial awareness and manual dexterity. People with strong visual-spatial skills may perform better, but that doesn’t mean they score higher on a formal IQ test. Yes, it is possible to have strong spatial reasoning skills and a lower-than-average overall IQ

No, no, no! You did not free the ring the first time, you had to try again and again and then cut a spliced the film. Love your puzzles though, keep them coming.

I think some of these puzzles would irk me endlessly! But I like them. Keep them coming. I'd never gauge my IQ by them, however. Maybe my patience.

I grew up in Lincon county oregon in the 80's and these types of puzzles were very rare and Siletz school was too cheap to afford getting tricky brain teaser puzzles for finding the smart ones from the rest of us dullards.

Can’t you pull each of the two rings up and over and then push the red cord up and over one side?
