My problem is - I want to use Chrome on 1 screen, and Chrome on another screen. I can't send those two different places. What I really need is the ability of my vid card to say send all audio from HDMI 1 to this device, and all audio from HDMI 2 to this device. A simple mixer should fix this but good lord I can't find a solution

Not helpful at all I want shit I start on my first monitor to only play what's on the first monitor and I want what I open on my second monitor to do audio displayed on second monitor. I literally can get YouTube and shit working they way you have shown but my game and other things both play out of the same monitor at the same time and there's no changing it this way because it's big pictured overlayed and when I'm in game I can't even access my second monitor.

I knew all this. What I would like to know is: Is it possible to set audio output based on hardware, not App? I have a desktop computer in room #1 with normal, ok sound. In the next room, I connect my TV via HDMI. Now... If my wife wanna see a YouTube video and I wanna play a game, no problem - I do what you showed in this video, because they are different Apps. However, if I want to see a YouTube video in the PC room and my wife want to see a different YouTube video in the next room, I can not differentiate the audio. Both my PC and her TV will play both sounds, from both videos. I hope you have a solution for this. :)
