In 1995, my mother died of AIDS. She didn't tell anyone until she had to. In 2002, I was also diagnosed with AIDS. I wasn't born with it. I contracted it from a sexual encounter in my teens. The day I was diagnosed I began telling people. The more I said "I have AIDS." the more real it became. I was forced to confront myself and decide if I wanted to live or die. I chose life. It's been almost 20 years since I was diagnosed and my life is so fulfilling. I eliminated everything in my life that posed a threat to my wellness. And learned to embrace habits and practices that improved it. As a result, I have traveled the world, become an author and started a business that helps others "find their bliss".

It true what the doctor said hugging and laughter is the best medicine. It true what the doctor said no one live forever. Miracles do happen people get sick and they do get better and don't die. Alot of people who got terminal illness don't want to die they don't want suffer or be in pain anymore.😮❤
