The way all these stories connect is so fascinating. A villain was literally created by the Avengers two movies in a row. First Ultron then Zemo.

Zemo is the kind of psychological supervillain that does require superpowers and armed weapons to bring down his of killing innocent people.

Zemo is a man above all. He hurts people because he is hurt and that's just such a human thing. It shows how flawed he is. Many of us hurt other this or that way when we are hurt and suffering. Avengers were considered superheroes because they were capable of making decisions above their feelings and for the collective good. But Zemo case showed that it isn't so Avengers are men with extreme power and they create their own enemies then destroy them themselves. So they are pretty much flawed as well. People were disappointed in Avengers because they put them in a god-like statue and upon realizing that they were just as flawed and imperfect as everyone, they blamed them for it. Considering that Avengers might seem unnecessary if the enemies only stem from their immense power but innocent people wouldn't have stopped dying if they were extinct.
