The monster doesn’t bother me but the instant the camera looked down into the depths is when a shiver when down my spine. It is terrifying to me to look at something like that

0:28 The way the water moves is so fluid, great job man

I absolutely love the way this short was directed. From the moment the protagonist falls into the sea, the immediate and sheer vulnurability I felt was palpable. On a more technical note though, I noticed an issue with the water animation. The larger an object is, the more difficult it is to lift it out of water, due to the surface tension. When an extremely large object floats to the surface, you'll start by seeing a sort of bump in the surface of the water as the object continues to rise, with the surface breaking only at the point that it can no longer hold itself together.

Dude….well done! The sea plane was unexpected!! Great start to the “oh shit” moment!!

That part where you see just its tail as it passes you was a brilliant touch to heighten the tension. Well played. I had legit had nightmares of Kraken's mouths swallowing those falling toward the water including myself.

It's good! Though watching Lightsareoff, seeing massive shadows in a bright water gets me even more. Maybe it would have been a little better if there was abuild up for the monster before eating the plane, but apart from that, fantastic work x) and love all your videos/shorts/etc.

I just hope you are able to make your own movie someday. More than the monsters, the atmosphere and story telling is killer.❤🔥🔥

Seeing two eyes open far apart on the dark ocean would been a good jump scare

Tip for animating things moving underwater, their tails move faster than you think. This one has a very weird effect where it looks like its being pulled along by a fishing line as it swims away from the camera because the tail is curving forward and in the same direction as the creature is turning, which would cause it to slow down rather than speed up. If thats intentionally done to make it more uncanny then like well done, its VERY uncanny
