This isnt for cracking your feet but it is sometimes used in physical therapy for people with shortened tendons in their legs to help stretch it out!

I have this, it does crack my foot, instead it’s stretches it from my ankle. Helps when I have ankle pain.

This product doesn’t crack your foot it stretches your calves it’s good if you run track or cross country and get calf pain 👍

For a gardener his knees, gloves, and shoes all look pretty clean. Normally if I’m out gardening I’m on my hands and knees picking weeds, planting seeds, etc
