For those who don't know, this technique is known as Flatulent Flotation. She is expelling a tremendous amount of gas, enabling the hovering effect you see here.

Okay I’m thinking that forward leg is a prosthetic with hip harness that can be locked in a certain position with some careful planting of the foot of the prosthetic she can lean her whole body weight on it, even cross her legs over it without falling. This is the reason why when she stands up, she uses her back leg to push her up instead of her front leg.

Notice that her right foot is bigger than her left and never moves from the same position. Her right leg is therefore anchored, and a stint with a plank seat is hidden in her pants on that side. It supports her like she's sitting on a wall which is why she crosses her legs to fully sell the illusion.
