Excellent guide. thanks. Just one tip: if you want to prevent the dates from auto-incrementing when you drag the corner of the cell and then having to manually clean up the dates, just hold down CTRL while dragging and all the dates in the following cells will be the same as the initial cell's date.

Very helpful and awesome template.

One suggestion that is simple enough:
For the burndown, I changed the formula to "=SPARKLINE(IF(int(today())-int(B2)<0, 0, int(today())-int(B2)), {"charttype", "bar";"color1", "black";"max", int(C2)-int(B2)})", which just makes the burndown 0 if the project hasn't started yet.
