1. How to get the progress %, is it any formula to get this value? Could you share the formula?
2. How to set it to auto-change color on the End date based on the Past Date or Due Soon? Is it any formula to set?

Thank you, Adriana, this has been very helpful. Just one question: I can't do all you're showing us here on the 'online Excel' (I'm using SharePoint and need to have this stuff online). The issue starts at 1:55—there's no option in the online Excel. Thank you for advice.

A Gantt chart is a bar chart that illustrates a project schedule.
It was designed and popularized by Henry Gantt by 1915
GANTT is not an acronym; it doesn't stand for anything, and I totally thought it did.
