ND Miata Detail Series: E4 - CSL / EXOv4 | Wolf's Glass Sealant | 303 Fabric Guard

Now that we've polished everything and cleaned the car with erased we can start applying Gtechniq Crystal Serum Light & EXOv4 afterward. While doing all this coating I got the glass sealed with Wolf's Glass Sealant & sprayed the convertible top with 303 Marine Fabric Guard.

Matt, I started using 303 on my interiors as it a water proofer (so god forbid if anything gets spilled then your interior is protected.) 303 is a boat water proofer/ UV protectant, so it will for dam sure protect your interior. It lasts forever too, just look it up on amazon and you will see thousands of people rave about how good it is. My local detail guy uses it as well the guy who introduced me on to Gtechniq back in 2016.

Thank you Matt for showing that with one coating you can do the entire car surfaces and that multiple coatings is mostly bs to get you to spend more money. Trying to find the information that you just casually showed is very difficult and trust me I've searched and wasn't even completely sure until now.

You should consider trying the Autofiber coating saver applicators. They are even better than the carpro block and suede.

You maintain control with the autofiber applicators. My preference is the microfiber version but the suede versions are pretty good as well.

Give them a try when you get the chance.

Body shops use lintless rags, approximately $16 for 100. Maybe you can use that instead of microfiber towels.

Hi Matt, great informative video. I am about to apply Crystal Serum Light after a complete paint correction. As the instructions that come with the coating say wipe on and wipe off, the video says to let it bond a few seconds. My garage is set at 70 degrees. If I wait around 30 -45 seconds, would that be sufficient time for a wipe off and buff? Thank you, Howard.
