at 29:00 to 29:10 in the video during the test spot when the hood flexed it caused a small dent that did not come out when the panel flexed back into place. As you are wiping the surface with the yellow towel you can see the dent in the straight line of the reflection of the roof at 29:20. I would recommend keeping the hood latched while correcting until you get to the more supported outer edges of the panel.

I polished my mom's car's headlights and taillights when coating her car with CSL, I also coated the lights with CSL for now they're holding up.

can say that M205 is going good with the yellow DA 5” pad trust me its my go to nowdays but prefer rotary machines mostly 205 with yellow meguiars pad is unbeatebal (sorry for the spelling)

I hear you on the lengthy power cord on the LHR 15. I specifically ordered the long version to avoid having to deal with extensions, but it's a mess having to store. Ideally, I would like someone to come up with a system where the unit itself has no cord, and then a cord that plugs in and locks when you're ready to use it. I've never seen such a system, maybe it's harebrained.

OG, any consideration in covering the convertible top with plastic? I’ve seen tops stained by polish splatter

Drying out on the edge is due to over heating. I'd use the nano for the edges.

You can restore headlights and if you put PPF on them they will not yellow again

I am kind of surprised a new car would not need anything more than an ultra fine polishing compound like Scholl S40? I have seen an incredible measured gloss results from that product from the Forensic Detail Youtube.

Hey Matt would you try 3D One Hybrid as an alternative to sonax perfect finish. What I've seen through reviews is that it has a little more cut but finishes the same. It might be a better one step for Subaru and other soft paints.
