Sorry to say but this is such a novice and poor assessment... first those are far from being the best properties in the Mara or serengeti.. just the most commercial 5 stars, for travelers that don't have a clue about what is out there.
Second, you will never have an AC in a camp, it doesn't make sense with canvas and intensive energy consumption.
