Gotta crank that kid out during off season! It takes 9 months of pregnancy, then birth, then recovery from birth which will vary depending on how your birth goes, then if you breastfeed thats a whole thing time commitment wise, then you gotta retrain your body (because im sure theres a recovery period/period of rest during pregnancy and birth starting at some point even for olympians!) Thats such a specific window trying to pop a kid out and still trying to train, meanwhile your olympic counterparts use the full four years. I bet it's daunting as hell to try and plan a family.

You can have kids in your 30s and 40s. Don’t let anyone tell you it’s too late. My parents were 40s-50s when I was born and I wouldn’t have it any other way.

Don't listen to other people who don't have children, about having children. Pray and ask God what you're supposed to do and then do that. Children are a gift! Don't get me wrong, a gold medal is incredible, BUT it is certainly nothing in comparison to having a child and then having a grandchild. On your deathbed which will mean more? Holding your gold medal or holßàading the hands of your children. Maybe I'm just biased but I think our society is really screwed up when it comes to having families. We have all been decimated the nuclear family and taught women that having a career is just as important as a family and it's NO IT'S

If you’re going back and forth at 33 years old, I’d highly recommend not having children. There is no free trial or compromise when it comes to raising humans! Try babysitting friend’s or family’s kids of ranging ages to get an idea of how you are with kids, please!

Have kids! If you are a woman who doesn't want kids, you may he brainwashed by media or look into possible attachment disorders you may have as a result of your relationship as an infant/child with your mother.
Having a baby is a beautiful and natural thing that women instinctively used to want until we were so brainwashed. If you are a woman who hasn't hit 30 yet, just wait. Trauma/attachment disorders aside, the desire for kids will kick in soon
