I love learning how to speak German. I have a long ways to go to be fluent but I am surely trying to practice as much as possible and I can't practice enough.

Here in this video, I am asking for a menu (Die Speisekarte), Ordering a Bratwurst, Fries (Pommes Frittes), Spaghhetti Eis.

I am also asked where the restroom is located (Wo ist die Toilette?)as well as asking for the bill/check (Die Rechnung bitter or Zollen bitte).

Come and learn this beautiful language with me.

THANKS FOR WATCHING AND DON'T FORGET TO JOIN ME ON MY LIVESTREAM EVERY SATURDAY EVENING @ 7:00 pm est RIGHT HERE ON YOUTUBE.

Great tips on and knowing a few phrases, especially when dining, is very helpful. Personally when paying the bill (and you're spot on that they'll let you sit there until you ask for the bill) I round up to either the next whole euro or add a couple (depending on how I felt about the service) and tell them how much I want to pay rather than how much I want back and making sure I include it when paying the bill and not leaving the tip on the table. (perhaps a good future video, the German numbering system?). Very helpful vid, thanks.

Awesome tips! I would definitely need the menu in English... Lol! I'll make sure to ask for #3... I think you did great! Better than I could ever do... ❤️😀😊🤗

You pronounce Speisekarte really good. It would be perfect when you pronounce the first S like the Sh in the word (sh)ould or (sh)iver 😉👍
