Finally someone talks about this. When I think of smash 4 bayo I think of this. It did not feel like a grand finals, they homie stocked, the clip where they're both holding the neutral b lasted like 30 seconds, someone had to step in to make them play.
This did not help smash's relationship with EVO and cemented the death of Smash 4

Any esport? No. At least an actual match started at some point. In, say, the Injustice 1 grand finals with Zod vs Luger, we're just watching what makes a 10-0 matchup a 10-0 and why there are so few of them.

I mean... When everybody hates them both and they main Bayonette, of course they'd be friends. People can speculate all they want, but they were boo'd no matter what they did.
I hate Zack as much as anybody else, but it's honestly a no-brainer something like this would happen under all these conditions. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. Nobody actually cared to watch Bayonetta GFs in the first place.

People just wanted to roast them and they took it like champs. They wanted to see them cry and be sorry, but they didn't give what the audience wanted. In this case, good for them.
Zack's still a pos though. idk what he's doing now, but I hope he's at least become a better person.

I personally think all the accusations are true. It was the worst big stage smash bros ever played, it was fixed, and it severely damaged the already weak reputation of smash in the fighting game community. This made smash look so childish and like it was this big joke.

As a Traditional fighters fan, I'm pretty sure this was the set that finally got Smash out of evo, It's really weird not having y'all on there but I guess they saved the event from things kike this
