I figured this was coming. The biggest fact going against the defendants in this case is the jury will consist of people that have no idea how a knight moves.

Magnus and others really damaged him after that loss Magnus suffered. You can't do that without evidence. I don't care if he's cheated online in the past. There is zero evidence he cheated over the board in that tournament vs Magnus. Magnus then made it into a scandal by not only withdrawing from the tournament (which is one thing) but then broadcasting his belief that Hans cheated despite having zero actual evidence. He then clearly stated he wouldn't play in future events that include Hans. Obviously this is damaging in dollars for Hans. In my opinion Hans has legitimate ground in this lawsuit and a good chance to win.

The way Hans handle the situation with Sam was class, while chess world made fun out of Sam, Sam didn’t act normally and instead of checking was he ok the chess world and the commentators mock him, such arrogance and superiority.
