The white piece that doesn’t fit is for carpet if anyone is wondering. Set the white piece face down and put the steamer inside then let it glide over your rug. It will air dry.

I had to drill holes in the handle to assemble it?

In india they provide a step down unit to control voltage of electricity...and it is must to attach this while using in India. But nowhere in the demo they show how to assemble or attach this inverter ...., ,

There’s a plastic piece that looks like it would fit over Mop head, but it doesn’t. This video doesn’t show that piece at all

Why isn’t steam coming out of the mop? I set it up - the water feels like it’s warm but nothing comes out of the handheld or mop head. This is super frustrating. I don’t recommend this product. And the instructions don’t include a trouble shooting section.

Very disappointed so far in the mop. First it came with a scent disk and the whole slogan of the mop is clean without chemicals. So we had to immediately throw out the box. Second by bf just spent an hour taking the whole things apet because the handle would not slide in to the slot. Now the screw wont go in. Very poor quality so far.
