Today we are airing a rerun from December 2015 with Andrew sharing on "The Holy Spirit" from his Sharper Than a Two-Edged Sword series.

Difference in having the Holy Spirit with you at salvation and having the baptism of the Holy Spirit for power on you. (Acts 1:8)
Example of Thomas in John 20:28 - he confessed and believed and was saved
In Acts 2, they received the power of the Holy Spirit after they were saved.
Having the baptism of the Holy Spirit is essential to having an effective Christian life
The evidence of the baptism is speaking in tongues but you must believe for tongues to receive it.
John 14:26 - the Holy Spirit will teach and show you new things.
When you’re saved, God puts everything you need in you, but when you receive the baptism of the HS, it’s drawn out of you.

Thanks for the teaching. We are excited to read your book. The Southern Baptist on the corner of the small South Georgia town was shocked when the long haired hippies with sandals and beards began show up. They called us Jesus freaks in 72’ and we were and I still am.
The Holy Spirit moved through town that summer and 1000s was baptized in the spirit and spoke and prayed in unknown tongues.
I was extremely blessed to be there and a part of that.

This is the first level of power. The first level is just to do miracles. The second level is the ideal level where your dominion is released and it makes the salvation works go in effect automatically throughout your life. This second level is released by believing anything Jesus says. But Andrew is just tieing level 2 to level 1 but level 2 includes level 1

I hope that you mean (I think you do, but it wasn’t clear in the last part of this video - mins 21:57-22:15) : As long as you are reborn, you have the Holy Spirit.

I don’t believe you can go to heaven without the Holy Spirit. But, you may not be baptized in the *power of* the Holy Spirit. (As you stated in the beginning of the video - mins 5:22-6:40)
