They were very perceptive. They were correct that the song is actually sad. Listen to the lyrics. The song is about lost love, love gone wrong, betrayal, etc. Even without knowing the words of the song, they picked up on the important things conveyed in the song. No wonder their video has over 2.7 million views.

They were actually totally right! This is a horribly sad song that Leonard Cohen wrote about being heartbroken using stories from the Torah or old Testament & as he said the Hallelujahs are said bitterly & brokenly...they completely understood the assignment!

This was really interesting. They all were paying close attention and taking it all in. This shows that you don't necessarily to understand the words to appreciate the music.
Also, it sounds like the one dude is probably going to do a painting of Kirstie. He seemed pretty enamoured by her beauty. As we all are.

Mitch was singing a "broken Hallelujah" heartbreaking in fact and they were onto it. Apparently Leonard Cohen wrote 81 verses but I have only ever heard five. Have you ever heard any others?

In beginning of video a tribes person mentioned making music with shoes. Sounded funny but maybe he meant stomping too. The ladies said Kevin made music with his shoes. This was different but interesting. I loved the men's head coverings. They were beautiful.
